Sorry for the short email this week! (Mostly sorry about the fact that my dad is going to razz me about how short this email is.) Somehow this week slipped right through my fingers, but have no fear, we've been eating like royalty! The kind of royalty that eats sausages covered in homemade sauerkraut and zucchini relish twice a week, and eats barbecue country style ribs and potato salad and BLTs and grilled chicken wings and a zucchini-macaroni-and-cheese-like casserole. It feels like every meal is a celebration of summer. You too can enjoy all this fresh, nutritious, vibrant, organic, summer glory by coming down to the farmers market tomorrow! We'd love to see you. (We got our bacon for the BLTs from Wild Edge Farm, who are also at the farmers market, and it was delicious!!)
